I build enterprise AI systems from the architecture layer through rollout, evaluation, and day-two operations.

At Floor & Decor, I lead George, an internal agentic AI platform that grew from a hackathon concept into a production product across 265 stores. My work connects governed knowledge, real-time tools, observable orchestration, and usable full-stack experiences.

Before focusing on AI platforms, I modernized store-critical fulfillment systems, rebuilt migration APIs, and designed messaging that keeps business events moving through outages.
